5- Eat less after 5 or 6 o'clock in the afternoon.

6- Eat foods that boost your mood, fish, bananas, citrus, spinach, garlic, chicken and peaches.

7- Sleeping less than 8 hours of sleep affects your brain function.

8- If you take a nap at lunch it makes you look younger.

9- Get the right amount of omega 3 with a handful of nuts.

10- Get the right amount of vitamin E by eating a handful of sunflower seeds.
