reduce blood triglyceride levels. An improvement in "good" HDL
cholesterol levels has also been observed.
Rheumatoid Arthritis: Research show t that fish oil
supplements may help reduce pain, improve difficulty moving around in the
morning, and reduce joint pain in people with rheumatoid arthritis. Although
pain relief may be modest, it may be enough to reduce the need for
anti-inflammatory medication.
