careful in order to avoid diseases that may threaten us during this period.

Ventilate indoors several times a day to ensure proper
humidity for both the airways and to reduce the concentration of germs in the
home.
Beware of wood or gas heaters, as they can release harmful
gases to the body.
Control your body temperature, get enough sleep.
Take warm foods and drinks, avoiding alcohol, because it

Get outside in the coldest time of the day, avoid going out
